Why Hong Kong is home
In 1976, my dad moved our family to Hong Kong to help build the MTR. Two years, he told our mum. They stayed for twenty. To the locals we were gweilos (鬼佬) - "ghost people", the Cantonese word for Westerners. This is our Hong Kong and this site is our love letter to one of the world's great cities - the harbour at dusk, the neon, the dim sum, the chaos and the calm. Every image was taken on a trip we never wanted to end.
